Starting in September 2026, Ayurvedic Point will offer a new Raja Yoga Course in English, designed for the international community living in Milan and for anyone wishing to experience an authentic yoga practice without the language barrier.

Whether you have recently moved to Italy, work in an international environment, or simply feel more comfortable practicing in English, this course offers a welcoming space where tradition, awareness and personal growth come together.
